Mr. A. D. Bulen, piano tuner, will be at Oil City and Franklin about September 5th. He will remain all the month. Those wishing their pianos tuned at this time please leave orders with Mr. A. J. Ormston, book store, Oil City, or E. A. Wilson, music store, Franklin. All-year contract pianos will be attended to.
